We washed this house in Columbia, SC. The customer called complaining about green mold on the house. She lives in another state and this is a rental for her. We were able to remove all the green mold and the house looked brand new. This house had a Charleston style porch. We pulled out the ladder and got on that porch from the outside so as to get a thorough clearing of it. The customer was very happy and was able to pay online. We made it easy for her to clean her property while living in another state.
