Why gutters and house washing go together
The black stripes down the front of a gutter are oxidized paint and road film, not dirt, and a house wash on its own does not shift them. They need their own cleaner and a hand pass, which is why we brighten the outside faces as a separate line on the quote.
Clearing the inside is the boring part and the important part. Water that cannot get to the downspout gets under the shingles, behind the fascia and down the siding, and that is where the green on the north wall gets its start.

Will it damage my plants?
Beds get soaked before we start and rinsed again after, which dilutes anything that reaches them. Tell us about anything delicate and we cover it.
How often should a house be washed?
In the greater Columbia area's humidity, most homes want it every 12 to 18 months. Shaded and tree-lined lots are closer to 12.
Do I need to be home?
Only if the water is shut off or the gate is locked. Otherwise we text before we arrive and again when we finish, with photos.
What if it rains?
We reschedule at no charge. Rain after the wash is fine. The work is already done by then.
Do you take the debris away?
Yes. It is bagged and goes with us, not into your beds or the street.
Can you fix a gutter that is pulling away?
We will tell you if we see one, and we can reseat loose hangers while we are up there. Anything beyond that is a job for a gutter installer.
