What we collect
- When you ask for a quote: your name, mobile number, email, the property address, the services you ticked and anything you write in the notes.
- When you call, text or email us: what you send us, including any photos.
- When you visit the site: Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed, the type of device and the general area a visit comes from. It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To price, schedule and do the work you asked for.
- To contact you about your quote and your job by phone, text or email.
- To send invoices, and occasional reminders when a service is due again. You can ask us to stop the reminders at any time.
- To see which pages help people find what they need, so we can improve the site.
Who else handles it
A few companies help us run the business and see your information only while providing their service to us:
- Formspree delivers the quote form to our email.
- Zapier copies the quote request into Jobber, the software we use for quotes, scheduling and invoices.
- Google Analytics measures site visits.
- The companies that host this website and provide our email, phone, payments and the site's fonts.
Each has its own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Texts
When you send us your mobile number with a quote request, we may text you about your quote and your job, including photos when we finish. If you would rather not get texts, tell us and we will stop.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics cookies to measure visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics, and the site will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records for as long as we need them for your work, your invoices and our tax records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email jeremy@scpressurewash.biz or call (803) 463-7565. We will delete what we do not need to keep for invoices and tax records, and tell you what we kept.
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If this policy changes, the date at the top will change with it.
